Harmonic takes about five minutes to set up. You don’t need a credit card, and there’s no sales call.
Sign up
Go to app.heyharmonic.ai/signup and enter your work email. We email you a six-digit code — there’s no password to create or remember. Enter the code and you’re in. Codes expire after 10 minutes; you can request a new one after 30 seconds.
Name your workspace
Enter your first name and your company name. Your company name doesn’t need to be unique — plenty of companies share a name, and that’s fine.
This creates your workspace and makes you its admin.
Take the questionnaire
You’ll be offered the working-style questionnaire straight away. It’s 25 questions and takes about five minutes.
When you finish, Harmonic scores five working-style dimensions, matches you to one of 32 archetypes, and writes your playbook — a short page describing how you prefer to work, take feedback, handle change, and be recognised.
We recommend doing this before inviting anyone, so that when your team arrives there’s already something to look at.
