Invite your team
Only workspace admins can invite people.
Send invitations
Enter your teammates’ email addresses — you can paste a whole list at once. Each person gets an email with a personal invitation link.
A few things worth knowing:
- Invitations expire after 7 days. If someone misses the window, just invite them again.
- The free tier is 20 seats. If a batch of invitations would take you past 20, the whole batch is declined and nothing is sent — remove some addresses or get in touch about more seats.
- If someone already has a Harmonic account from another workspace, they can accept with the same email and switch between workspaces.
What your teammates see
The invitation link takes them to a page showing your workspace name and who invited them. They accept the terms, verify their email with a six-digit code, and are taken straight into the working-style questionnaire.
When someone finishes their questionnaire, the team feed celebrates it — everyone can see the new playbook and how to work with them.
